Globes

I guess this could be called a sequel to the Dancing Wand, especially as it is set on the same stage and the wand makes a cameo appearance!

This project was created so I could experiment with glass, reflection and refraction. Having watched the Labyrinth at the time I would say that the dancing globes scenes along with Pixar's Angle Poise Lamp animation heavily influenced me on this animation.

The plot this time involves 3 glass spheres rolling around the stage, but however the third sphere, arriving late on the stage, jumps over one sphere and squashes another. Lying, almost abandoned, on the stage is the wand, once a star, now a mere extra.

Highlights of this animation are my use of the coloured lights. Each sphere is followed by a different coloured light.
